Taking place on November 16 & 17, JEDI’s Indigenous Workforce Summit will discuss unconscious bias in hiring practices and barriers to employment for Indigenous Peoples. It will also provide new resources for employers on ways to create diverse, inclusive, and welcoming workplaces for Indigenous Peoples.
This 2-day Indigenous Workforce Summit will give employers the opportunity to deep dive into subjects such as best practices for hiring Indigenous Peoples, anti-racism in the workplace, helpful online tools for employers, JEDI’s findings from the Indigenous Reconciliation Employer Action Plan (IREAP) project, and more.
