ACADA, in partnership with the Government of Canada and the four Atlantic Provinces, is planning a mission to I/ITSEC 2024, December 2 – December 6 in Orlando, Florida. This year’s show will play host to approximately 14,000+ visitors, 450+ exhibits, and thousands of international delegates at the Orange County Convention Centre.
OPPOTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE:
ACADA PAVILION WITH DEMO KIOSK
New participant: $2,000, Returning participant: $2,750 + HST (per company) Includes: Demo kiosk with TV, electrical, storage, seating, exhibitor registration for company representatives, access to consulting services, participation in networking events, and marketing and branding opportunities.

ACADA PAVILION – WALKER
New participant: $900, Returning participant: $1,250 + HST (per participant)
Includes: Usage of the ACADA pavilion (with no demonstration space), exhibitor registration for company representatives, access to consulting services, participation in networking events, and marketing and branding opportunities.

MISSION SUPPORTER
$500 + HST
This option is for companies or organizations that have their own dedicated booth at the show who wish to support the ACADA mission and utilize the pavilion, amenities, and related programming during the show or for firms that cannot attend but wish to maintain some branding and profile at the show. Includes: Participation in networking events, and marketing and branding opportunities.

About I/ITSEC: The Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) is the world’s largest modeling, simulation, and training event. Held near the beginning of December in Orlando, Florida, USA, I/ITSEC consists of peer-reviewed paper presentations, tutorials, special events, professional workshops, a commercial exhibit hall, a serious games competition, and STEM events for teachers and secondary students. I/ITSEC is organized and sponsored by the National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), which promotes international and interdisciplinary cooperation within the fields of modeling and simulation (M&S), training, education, analysis, and related disciplines at this annual meeting. The NTSA is an affiliate subsidiary of the National Defence Industrial Association (NDIA). Hence, I/ITSEC also emphasizes themes related to defence and security.
