Position Overview: *
We are looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at our offices in either Fredericton, NB or Cornwall, ON. You will be part of an enthusiastic sales team responsible for growing Xplore’s customer base and providing win-win solutions that enhance our customer’s experience. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will contribute to Xplore’s success by answering inbound calls from potential customers and guide them through the decision-making process. You will be responsible to offer Xplore’s innovative broadband solutions to help enhance the customer’s lifestyle at work, home and play.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering inbound calls from potential customers to present the value of Xplore Internet Services – no cold calling!
  • Being the first impression for potential customers driven to contact us though our marketing efforts
  • Actively listening to potential customers, analyzing their needs and offering customized solutions
  • Offering additional Xplornet products and services
  • Using effective relationship building skills and probing abilities to successfully close the sale
  • Working with partners and tools provided to schedule customer installation appointments
  • Working independently towards individual and team objectives

  • Competitive hourly rate (with an additional $2.00/hour premium for bilingual agents – must be fluent in French/English)
  • Plus, an on-target monthly bonus of 30-50% of your base wage that is uncapped

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with strong closing techniques
  • Excellent listening skills, know when to suggest additional products/services to increase customer satisfaction
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
  • Professionalism and tact in representing the organization
  • Focus and self-motivation in accomplishing work objectives
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Internet browsers
  • Familiarity with basic use of voice mail and electronic mail systems
