Our flagship product, RemoteSpark™, is the first Mixed Reality performance support tool designed with field workers in mind. It combines the physical and digital worlds by creating a hands-free, supportive environment for workers to instantly access helpful digital assets such as operational instructions and holographic twins to enable more efficient real-time troubleshooting and task completion in an independent and autonomous manner.

Additionally, RemoteSpark equips workers with the power to establish a low-bandwidth, secure video and audio call with subject experts should real-time extra assistance be required. This eliminates geographical boundaries and provides on-demand virtual troubleshooting resulting in increased productivity and safety, as well as reduced downtime and time to competency.

 

Job Description

As Client Engagement Manager, you are an experienced hunter and a closer. You thrive on bringing in new business, but you are equally adept at managing and growing business within existing accounts. You should be organized and an expert at time management as you will be responsible for the sale cycle from end-to-end (lead generation through to account management). You are experienced in using Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and other sales tools. You are self-motivated, driven by success, and are familiar with the industrial sectors. You are technically savvy and have experience in software sales with consultative approaches.

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead generation – strategically sourcing target companies and contacts within assigned sectors
  • Become a super-user of RemoteSpark and perform comprehensive demos to prospective clients
  • Solution selling – we are selling a solution which requires experience and knowledge about consultative sales approaches, technology, change management, etc.
  • Account Management – identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, including renewals
  • Create and manage a self-generated sales pipeline
  • Stay current on company offerings and industry trends
  • Client Focus – building long-term client relationships built on mutual trust and transparency
  • Communication – working with the internal Kognitiv Spark departments to foster a cohesive and collaborative working environment
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Work with Customer Success to manage existing accounts and scale usage within those accounts

Extended periods of sitting

Attendance at off-site locations (clients, conferences etc.)

Some international travel may be required

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience.

5+ years of software/technology (or related field) sales experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.

The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.

Strong time management skills.

Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
