Source Atlantic Naval Marine and Defence: Pricing Specialist

As a Pricing Specialist you will be responsible for the overall leadership for pricing. This includes management of the pricing strategies where you will be coordinating with Sales, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain to integrate perspectives and information to arrive at optimal decisions. The Pricing Manager understands market trends and collaborates to develop and execute the pricing strategies in support of the company’s growth and profitability objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for the maintenance of system information and leading a team to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Previous business experience (3+ years) and a post-secondary degree
• Aptitude with analytics and creating action from data
• Business acumen with experience evaluating financial impact of decisions
• Prior experience of leading and managing a team
• Strong coaching, communication, and people skills
• Ability to collaborate with and across multiple teams
• Willingness to travel
