Technical Sales Representative – Welding

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • In-depth knowledge of the welding process and conventional equipment
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a professional self-starter
  • Outgoing and persuasion skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Post-Secondary education would be considered an asset

Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Representative will include:

  • Provide technical knowledge of welding process to fabrication and manufacturing end users
  • Utilize your knowledge across the organization by providing technical support to our Outside Sales Representatives and Account Managers
  • Develop a growth strategy to grow the welding vertical
  • Build long term strategic customer relationships
  • Foster welding vendor relationships to drive growth
  • Manage customer expectations, cost savings, and business process improvements
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences that pertain to the welding market
