Founded in Ottawa in 1967, ADGA Group Consultants Inc. is a proudly Canadian-owned and operated defence, security and technology company. ADGA’s team of systems and software experts assesses, designs, builds, and operates systems—from software and simulation solutions, to IoT network, AI and cyber security solutions. In December 2021, ADGA was acquired by Commissionaires Ottawa, converging its capabilities with allied companies to provide a one-stop, full spectrum of cyber, electronic and physical security solutions. In doing so, ADGA adopted the social mandate of Commissionaires to create meaningful employment opportunities and generate financial resources for veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and RCMP, their families, and fellow citizens who share a passion to contribute to the security and well-being of Canadians.
