RaceRocks is a woman-led, Indigenous owned, training and simulation company founded in 2010. The company is fully remote with over 40 employees in almost every province in Canada. RaceRocks is seeking to expand its presence in Atlantic Canada and has recently incorporated in Nova Scotia. RaceRocks develops immersive training solutions and custom software tools including training videos that involve minimal interaction all the way through to full-motion simulated virtual reality (VR) learning environments that completely immerse the learner. RaceRocks has worked with the Royal Canadian Navy on the West Coast for over a decade.
