The Atlantic Canada Aerospace and Defence Association (ACADA) is pleased to announce and welcome Ms. Victoria Belbin as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective Monday, May 31, 2021.

“ACADA will unquestionably benefit from Victoria’s extensive Not for Profit experience and strengths in communications and program execution,” said Carl Kumpic, Chair of ACADA’s Board of Directors. “In addition to having previous CEO experience, Victoria brings an expansive set of skills, energy, perspectives, and relationships to lead ACADA into the future, bring value to our member organizations and represent our growing industry in Atlantic Canada.”

Ms. Belbin previously served as Chief Capability Officer at Genoa Design International, Chief Executive Officer at the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Newfoundland & Labrador and Assistant Corporate Secretary/Executive Advisor for the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission, among other leadership roles and community involvement.

“Building on what we have already accomplished, under her leadership we will hone our strategic direction, grow and develop our organization, strengthen our partnerships, and build new relationships,” said Mr. Kumpic.
