ACADA is Hiring! Marketing, Events, and Admin Coordinator

The Atlantic Canada Aerospace and Defence Association has an immediate opening for a Marketing, Events, and Admin Coordinator. This position will play a key role in supporting ACADA’s operations, marketing initiatives, and event planning.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Marketing, Events, and Admin Coordinator will work closely with the Communications and Engagement Coordinator and support the Office Manager. This dynamic position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including supporting marketing initiatives, organizing events, and performing general administrative tasks based on the individual’s experience and strengths. 

 Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, administering social media platforms, and designing content. The role also involves planning and executing events, from conception to completion, ensuring all details are meticulously managed. Additionally, the role entails handling various administrative duties, such as maintaining office systems, scheduling, and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to a variety of tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. 

 The Marketing, Events, and Admin Coordinator will be instrumental in enhancing the organization’s brand presence and fostering community engagement through various outreach activities.
