Notification of Intent to invite Bids “BMC Professional Services” for COO-SMC Services and Service Improvements

The NCI Agency is planning to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for BMC Professional
Services, with annual options to provide support for the following 4 years starting from
2023.

The contractor shall provide experienced personnel, specialized and qualified to work
in the support of BMC Professional Services that may be used throughout NATO – at
headquarters, commands, agencies and other NATO organisations.

The NCI Agency expects to issue the formal Invitation for Bid (IFB) in April 2023 with
an anticipated contract award in the 3rd Quarter of 2023

Please note this IFB will likely include a bid closing date approximately 45 days
following the IFB.

The closing date for additions/nominations to the Bidders List of qualified and
certified firms which may be interested in receiving an Invitation for Bid for this Project
is 24th of March 2023. The Declarations of Eligibility shall include the following
information for each of the nominated firms: the NAME of the FIRM, the TELEPHONE
and FAX NUMBERS, E-MAIL ADDRESS and POINT OF CONTACT. This information
is critical to enable prompt and accurate communication with prospective bidders
