Redrock Power Systems is a PEI-based startup specializing in zero-emissions hydrogen fuel cell technology for shipboard power generation and propulsion. Our fuel cell system design focuses specifically on the requirements most important to the maritime industry: reliability, efficiency, maintainability and power. We are also working with various European partners in the areas of advanced marine propulsion batteries (LTO chemistry), and air supported vessel technology (ASV).
Redrock is also actively developing a zero-emissions high speed passenger ferry project to carry commuters and tourists between St. Catharines and Toronto.
