NATO High Visibility Projects Meeting – Industry Day

1. On behalf of the Air Battle Decisive Munitions Management Group (ABDM MG) Chairperson,
the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA)
Ammunition Support Partnership (ASP), Air Munitions Support, invites you to the below ABDM
meetings, which will all take place 18, 19, 20 and 21 April 2023 at Club Prince Albert (CPA),
Karmelietenstraat 20, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.

2. These meetings are UNCLASSIFIED and have as objective to stimulate multinational
cooperation, exchange programmatic, logistic and technical information.

3. The draft agenda is attached and may be subject to changes. In the perspective of the
Multinational Ammunition Warehousing Initiative (MAWI), a visit to Belgian Defense Munitions Depot
(Bertrix) is planned for Tuesday 18 April in the afternoon. Note that on Wednesday 19 April 2023
there is a NIAG Industry Day scheduled where all invitees have the opportunity to interact with
aviation munitions industry (Air-Ground capabilities, CAD/PAD, Countermeasures).

4. To facilitate these meetings, CPA asks for a conference fee of €18,5 per person per day.

5. To sign up for the meeting, please forward participants details and specify the dates when you
will attend the meetings to Mr. Maxime VAN HAUTER at NSPA NLT 31 March 2023.

6. It is the nation’s own responsibility to arrange for accommodation and travel. NSPA has
secured block of rooms in different hotels to secure you accommodation in Brussels during the
meeting. Rooms are available from 14th April to 22nd April 2023. All hotels are located between
200m and 800m from the meeting location. Invitees can make hotel reservation, directly from the
below link. The deadline to make your hotel reservation is 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy

7. Attendees are requested to update the respective ABDM an PGM weapons matrix, review the
action items list and meeting minutes.
