Peer to Peer Leadership Retreat for women in the defence sector

We are excited to share that ACADA has partnered with Learnsphere to deliver a Leadership Retreat & Professional Development Opportunity for Women in Defence, March 23-24 in Halifax, Nova Scotia!

This inspirational leadership program is designed to build the talent pipeline by helping emerging women leaders be successful within their organization. Our program is based on an intimate, peer-based, experiential format with highly interactive and engaging work sessions, led by leadership experts. Specifically, this program is to help women learn the skills and develop the tools they need to advance into positions of responsibility, authority, and leadership.  Nothing will drive the point home more than hearing from a woman who has “been there, done that” and has reached the top.
