‘An important milestone for the Navy’: Maritime Forces Atlantic gets first female commander

Rear Admiral Josée Kurtz took over the top job at Maritime Forces Atlantic from Rear Admiral Brian Santarpia on Tuesday during a windy change-of-command ceremony on the Halifax waterfront.
